Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.”

Here in NV there are a number of stores that sell all three. So refreshing.

They need to go nationwide!

There is a gas station, convenience store and gun store down the street that will give you an ATF shirt with any gun purchase that says (Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) ATF should be store not a government agency. They sell all 3. Granted technically 2 are in one area and the guns are in another of the building. Good prices on guns but ammo selection is weak.

Anyone that thinks the there is a chance that ATF will be defended is just stupid. Republicans or Dems, doesn't matter. The ATF isn't going anywhere.

Yeah, not without legislative action to remove the provisions of the National Firearms Act, the Gun Control Act and other related laws. ATF derives its power (and continued existence) from those pieces of legislation, so without repeal of the pertinent language, enforcement would just be shuffled to some other federal agency. Possible? Yes... but the probability is vanishingly small.

“All of the federal government is like that.
EPA - dictating how much water a toilet uses per flush. What lightbulb you use...
FAA - telling folks that are healthy that they cannot have a medical and fly because they used a medicine to deal with depression 1.5 years ago.
DEA - regulating frigging nasal decongestants... A few years past medical professionals pushed narcotics for pain, now if you go into a hospital they are reluctant to administer them even if you have a kidney stone and are in horrible pain.
TSA -
ATF -
IRS -
DOJ -
Our government is “out of control.”

Here.... let me finish them up for ya:

TSA - Come hither into this other room. Remove your clothes, and spread em cause we don’t like the way you look. And if you complain we’ll use our fist instead of two fingers while taking bets on who gets to go first.

ATF - We have records of you buying a “legal” firearm which we now consider “illegal” so prepare for your family as well as your dogs to be massacred while we walk away scot-free.

IRS - We decide what you owe and when to pay otherwise hire an attorney while we throw unlimited resources at you and you go bankrupt.

DOJ - There’s nothing to see here, now move along as I’ve got to practice my bagpipes. Never mind the flagrant abuse of the peoples most honored and sacred right to vote as well as the numerous laws that were broken during the process.

MAGA =======> KAG
