“China getting aggressive. What is Biden going to do about it?”

As long as China cuts Biden and our deep state rulers in on the vig, they are fine with it.

https://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-fireeye-confirm-solarwinds-supply-chain-attack/

https://www.fireeye.com/blog/threat-research/2020/12/evasive-attacker-leverages-solarwinds-supply-chain-compromises-with-sunburst-backdoor.html

A hack initially corrupted a Solarwinds file, after which, that corrupted Solarwinds file had/has been installed on various Windows OS based machines as a part of routine updating.

The hacked file hatches, you might say, active hack commands that find certain files and deletes those certain files.

The hack tries to hide its tracks, and then force a reboot of the Windows OS based machine.

It is a cover-up.

Re: Mitt Romney's Bain Capital?

Yes.

Romney left Bain Capital in 2002, but, according to Wiki, he still receives some profit sharing as a retired partner.

From 2012 with a consider the source, but still interesting...

What's Really Going on With Mitt Romney's $102 Million IRA

Thanks. Interesting link.

I do not understand why "carried interest" would be treated as income for tax purposes.

For instance, if the deal that Romney invested his $30,000 in went bankrupt, his $30K would be gone, and he should have a $30K capital loss.

But, if he makes a profit on his $30K investment, that is taxed as income, and not as a capital gain?

All the experts obviously agree with the author, but I do not understand it.

Politically, Romney is also a complete mystery to me.

I was quite enthusiastic about him in 2012. He was not Goldwater or Ronald Reagan, but he appeared to be a Republican I could trust and live with for eight years.

The depth of his betrayal over the last four years has been the most painful shock in my 60 years of political activity.

If a domain is taken over can’t they determine who initiated/created/owned it?
