That is true. But it doesn’t mean that Solar Winds is the actual focus. Using Solar Winds to create a diversion or cripple government efforts to look at something else...anything else...including Dominion could be the purpose.

Yep. My large employer uses Google Mail and Applications. We are communicating over cell phone right now.
My company goes through a fire drill like this a few times a year. We are constantly patching something. If you read the details, the affected version SolarWinds Orion products (affected versions are 2019.4 through 2020.2.1 HF1). 2.1 is the current version but not every entity is even on the recent versions. This is really not Dominion related.

We use Comcast Business for its internet and phones.
Normally its internet is blazing fast and seems to be less prone over use like weekends when the neighbor college kids overwhelm the normal internets.
Logging was often slow and difficult this past weekend.
Back to blazing fast this morning.
The stock is currently halted in all USA markets.
Most likely, there is a serious lack of balance between buyers and sellers that is going to take a while to sort out.
Remember - SWI has a Price to Earnings Ratio of 190, so there are a lot of big time gamblers in this stock who are getting margin calls AND getting crushed.
