I think the executive overreach in these states is quite pertinent. This Amicus illustrates that.

Totally agree. However, SCOTUS of course isn't required to put ANYTHING on the docket (including the TX motion)...much less an Amicus brief from a lawyer stating he represents two non-existing states.

Very bizarre, and interesting move by SCOTUS.
