If the Democrats are allowed to steal the 2020 election, there will be no more elections. If any are even held, the Democrats will steal them also. If the Democrats steal the 2020 election, things will not return to “normal”, but you will learn that soon enough.
So they have administrative rights in some isolated cases.

The corruption of the FBI is so thick it may explain why Barr is forced to look like a potted plant, frozen in place, with no authority.
