No, it would be simpler to just put a chip in their hand or forehead that could be scanned and read electronically. No admission to the grocery store without a chip.
It’s not like this is a new idea. The plans were drawn up for this approach about 2000 years ago.

I had a “hall pass” identifying me as an “essential worker” this summer when highway travel and office access was extremely limited.
Maybe they should just tattoo a QR code on our foreheads. Or an implanted RFID maybe. Wouldn’t have to worry about losing a card.
Don't forget working. My wife works at a huge university medical center. It employs a thousand plus doctors, at least twice that number of nurses and many thousands of other support personnel. It's like a city within a city. EVERYONE must get their shot by the end of the month or kiss their employment goodbye. And not a single person, from professor of medicine on down, has a clue what it'll do to them.

Yup, my wife works at a nursing home so they’ll make her get it. She gets a test twice a week. They have covid cases there so everyone has to wear full PPP. Glasses, gowns, masks and gloves at all times. They just ended everyone’s extra covid pay too.
Yep. My wife and I are both RNs and we are rather freaked out about this. We fully expect we will be required to get this.

Congress also had to establish a special Vaccine Court to handle all the injury claims from 17 separate vaccines that they assured us were perfectly safe.
To date they have paid out around $4 billion from us taxpayers as they have NO liability.

We have tens of millions of scofflaws who we are told are “undocumented” but actually they do have documents. Fraudulent documents and stolen identities. And there is zero zip nadda proseuction. They are busted for violent offenses, deported, lather, rinse, repeat.

Most of the currently announced CV19-vaccines are a 2-shot process.
And they will probably put you on the hook for annual boosters.

I have semi joked about all of my required numbers be registered under my California Driver’s license: #1 and #2 credit cards, last 4 digits of my SS#, HMO#, MediCare#, VA #, address, cell #, line phone #, #1 email, #2 Email, Texting #, & ?.
Then, tattoo this into a readable/scan-able item under my skin on the back of my left hand.
Then, there would be no need for a bill fold or the scramble to find the right/# card needed for that moment in time.
Many males would cure their sciatica by not having to use a bill fold.
We have some younger relatives, who have responsible jobs and neck worn Ids for entry into secure areas.
One of our younger stem majors in college, believes that we will use retinal scans for all of the above

That's not correct. Look at the mask "decrees." Businesses (including grocery stores) post signs that the wearing of the mask is dictated by "Executive Order." Some signs even say it is the "Law" - even though no laws were passed.
One can only hope there will be counterfeit cards. Please make it so. I will purchase one, no doubt.
