A similar argument could be made in Michigan. Several other states, for that matter.

Of course, any good or promising news must be met with negativity by the “oh so much smarter” one right? 🙄

It was Pennsylvania’s fraud that disenfranchised PA voters who’s votes will be discarded. It was Pennsylvania’s fraud that disenfranchised all other US voters who’s votes will supposedly be counted alongside their fraudulent mess. This is all on Pennsylvania’s officials and their fraud.

We need to retake GA, we don’t need to get 270, just stop him from doing so, put the election into the House, where the Republican delegates outnumber the Democrats.

The gist is that some of the state's actions, and particularly the exclusion of Republican poll-watchers during the counting of hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, violated federal constitutional requirements.

I thought the gist was that Pennsylvania Democrats created a two-tiered system of voting, where the "in-person" voter was subjected to rigorous identification checks while the "by mail" voter was not, essentially violating equal protection.

The "in-person" voters' rights were violated by the loose accountability afforded to the "by mail" voter.

What I can’t understand is the result in Nebraska CD-2.

In the House race, incumbent GOPer Don Bacon defeated his ‘Rat opponent Kara Eastman by over 16,000 votes, 168k to 152k.

However, in the presidential race Trump only got 149,880 votes, losing by over 21.6k to Biden, who got 171,517. This is a 37k vote swing.

Why wouldn’t a Biden voter vote for the ‘Rat House candidate?

This is so strange.

I voted for Trump. But we are crazy to think any of these Fraud cases will change the result. Won’t happen in state courts, Federal courts or Supreme Court.

Why the difference in votes:

He pissed off a lot of women with his constant name calling and what appeared to be lack of willingness to encourage face masks. Whether they worked or not he should have been more aggressive with COVID.

Your analysis on Nebraska CD-2 is totally correct.

Clearly there was voter fraud.

We just need to find it.

We may have to settle for winning this post-election.

Democrats didn’t give up going after Nixon after the 72 election.

Neither we should give up on this.

Let SCOTUS be seen endorsing manifest fraud.

Then exert maximum pressure on state legislatures.

See my tagline—and then do your homework on Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution and the Twelfth Amendment.

We can lose every single court case and _still_ _win_ the election.

Get up to speed and learn how the magic trick can work.

It is more than just the battleground states. It was also the states that had a high profile Senate Race.

South Carolina, where I live, is always called once the polls close. Not this time, SC also was delayed and was not called most likely due to the Lindsay Graham/Jaime Harrison race.

The media knew exactly what it was doing buy not calling races that normally get called quickly. And, what is the deal with Alaska?

The media gave cover for the steal!

“Yep, all 6 states just happened to stop counting at the same time.”

Is that really true?

taking PA and Ga will put Trump over the top without even AZ. Keep in mind that NC was already called for Trump this week.

Simply not true. Without AZ, Trump is at 268.

The entire notion of standing is bullsh*t.

When California voters voted to keep marriage exclusively male + female (a truly radical idea!) part of the state’s constitution and the state’s government refused to defend the challenge in Federal court, the backers of the vote were told they had no standing. The judge, a homosexual, then ruled against the amendment and the clear will of the people.

Right.

They don’t need to sort out and prove how many votes were misclassified, wrongly included, or wrongly omitted. Any of that which can be proven is a good thing, but that is not what their case depends on.

Their case depends on proving that laws were broken, controls were violated and bypassed, and that as a result, the election results, as they stand, are tainted and can’t be relied upon.

In corporate accounting, there needs to be an audit trail. Any ledger balance must be traceable through its history of journal entries - every entry must traceable to supporting documents - supporting documents must agree with outside party transaction confirmations. All transactions need to be legal and according to board set policy. If testing reveals that any of the above is not the case - an evaluation must be made as to the integrity of the financial reporting system.

In rare cases where significant account activity can’t be verified, and necessary internal control procedures have not been followed, the public auditor may conclude that the reporting system cannot be relied upon, and may refuse to certify the financial statements.

The top brass will very likely be fired! The corporation’s bond rating, stock price, public reputation - all can suffer greatly as a result!

Why should the standard be any lower for a US federal election?
