And so to get a jump on my program I called Ron DeSantis yesterday. I told the Governor if you don't institute a mask mandate, you're not getting the billion dollars when I become President. I said Governor you have 6 hours or you're not getting the money. 6 hours goes by and son of a gun! The Governor calls me back. Governor DeSantis says, "We don't want your money or your masks. -Click-" Come on, man!
