Joe Biden retreats to Delaware as Trump stumps through four states

It was back to the basement for Joe Biden Saturday — as President Trump went into campaign overdrive.

With only 16 days to go before Election Day, amid an uproar over The Post’s expose of son Hunter’s shady foreign business deals and with a second debate face-off this week, Biden retreated to his Delaware home with no public events on his schedule — and a substantial but slightly slipping national polling lead in his pocket.

Meanwhile, the underdog president whipped up his troops Saturday at back-to-back rallies in two crucial battleground states, with two more of the raucous gatherings set for Sunday and a full slate of appearances this week that will have him hopscotching across the country.

Rudy cannot launch an official RICO investigation, at least as a prosecutor, as he is not a state or fed prosecutor. He can certainly as a private citizen gather information and interpret it to RICO statutes and publicize it, which could pressure prosecutors to pick up the ball on this. My opinion...

Now, this leads to the question though on if the Biden family has a Get Out Of Jail free card such as the Clinton and the merry band of deep staters have.

Surely our Government is looking at records of the Burisma executives identified in Hunter Biden’s email and checking with passports and records of entry into the united States to see if these people were in our nation and the dates they went through customs. Surely they are checking the logs of all visitors to the White House and Vice Presidents office to see if any Burisma executives named entered any of these facilities regardless of any logged or scheduled meetings to verify if these executives named cold have or were able to meet with Vice President Biden. Surely there is a paper trail being looked at by the Government and journalists to connect the dots. Surely there is a paper trail for a chain of custody by the FBI for the laptops that were obtained through subpoena and are safely stored at FBI headquarters in Washington D.C. and have not disappeared or been destroyed. Why would the FBI destroy evidence? Surely we are still a nation of laws and justice for all. Surely?

Haha, you can call me Captain Obvious if you want, but I was responding to a poster who expected that Biden would withdraw, and I was simply putting together an argument to explain why he would stay in the race.
