So now we go from absolutely no meeting to maybe and informal meeting.
The clever thing for the NY Post to do would be to start with some deniable thing, like an email suggesting a vague meeting with Biden. Then, when Biden denies it and establishes his position, they methodically release ever more damming evidence. I suspect Biden figured this out. He knows that a lot more is comming soon, and he does not want to be hopelessly trapped.
I have not seen any such official statement from the Biden Campaign. All Biden had to do was sit back and let Facebook, Twitter and the MSM do his bidding to spike the story, and it would have been dismissed as fake news. If they did admit this, it was a huge tactical error, and lends legitimacy to a story they desperately need to go away. If Biden admits it "might have happened" then the media will face major pressure to report the NYP story. If anyone finds the actual statement from the Biden campaign, please post.
