Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announces 134 felony voter fraud charges in connection with 2018 Dem primary

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced four arrests Thursday on dozens of felony charges in connection with an alleged vote harvesting scheme during the 2018 Democratic primary elections in Gregg County.

“It is an unfortunate reality that elections can be stolen outright by mail ballot fraud,” Paxton said in a statement. “Election fraud, particularly an organized mail ballot fraud scheme orchestrated by political operatives, is an affront to democracy and results in voter disenfranchisement and corruption at the highest level.”

Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns and DeWayne Ward face 134 felony charges in total, according to Paxton’s office. The allegations include election fraud, tampering with a governmental record, mail-in ballot fraud and more.

I want charges on ballot fraud in the November 2020 elections even before November 3. We know the Dems are already cheating on a massive scale. Look at all the ballot papers that were just dumped in the garbage in Pennsylvania. Every single one of them was a vote for Trump.

A grand jury returned indictments on:

23 felony counts against Commissioner Brown

97 felony counts against Marlena Jackson

8 felony counts against Charlie Burns

6 felony counts against DeWayne Ward

I think the max on each charge is five years of state prison. In the case of Jackson, I don’t think it’ll be less than 40 years in prison. Pretty sad way to spend the rest of your life...amongst some pretty rough characters.

Reading through the actual charges it's evident that his wife ‘said’ she assisted or signed the ballots, when in fact it was Brown, her husband, also who actually signed, assisted or forged signatures for his own race.

Likely tried to take the heat off her husband and got herself in deeper for doing so.

I’m surprised at Longview. Dallas,Houston yes but you can bet they didn’t figure this out on their own. They just can’t follow directions well and overdid it for a small populace.
