John Roberts and RBG ruled that the Bill of Rights doesn't apply anymore, at least in California. I'm not too sure if the ruling applied to Colorado or not.

Holy Toledo. Isolating those who are most likely to only get a mild case of the virus is a great way to raise the death rate among more vulnerable populations. When healthy young adults are taken out of the community that lessens the chance for community immunity to get established. It also means that the virus will now spread among hosts whose immune systems are not as healthy. This will lead to more severe cases of the disease. This is bassackwards.

Lock downs of the healthy do nothing to change the eventual overall death rate. It only postpones it. Instead of being spread out as on a plateau it is shown in hills and valleys.
