Did Murkowski vote to confirm Kavanaugh? I remember the final vote when two senators, one dimocrat and one republican, did something not usually done. Some how they swapped votes because the republican couldn’t be present to vote because of a family obligation. Does anyone remember the details of what that was and was Murkowski involved in that exchange?
“I do not support this process moving forward,” she said. “Now, having said that, this process is moving forward with or without me.”
Murkowski said she did not know whether she would withhold her vote to protest the timing of the appointment, but she said the quality of the confirmation process would be a factor.
“If I had felt that there was a rush to move this through because you’re up against a deadline that is hard and fast, like an election, and that a nominee had not been thoroughly and fairly evaluated through our process, then I’m going to have to look at that,” she said.

ACB was recently vetted and placed into Circuit Judge. And how much time it take to vet someone? It isn’t like you have to be like the democrats and script and prep a bad actress to pretend something almost kinda happened 4 decades ago.
You need read nothing but her (or ANY SCOTUS candidate’s) rulings. Nothing else should matter.
