needs a ussc ruling immediately upon seating vacant seat
“Americas election system is becoming that of a Banana Republic.”
Thanks to Democrat Governors, Democrat AG’s, and Democrat-appointed judges. Zero election controls are allowed!
Hell, Bloomberg is paying the fines of convicted felons in FL so they can vote!
The state legislatures in PA, WI and MI need to appeal this crap ASAP! The legislature and the legislature ALONE determines their state’s election process.
What excuse does this lawyer in a black robe have to disregard the Constitution?
What happened to Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution?
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
It says Day not three days, not two weeks.
Anything other than Election Day compromises the integrity of the vote, delays the tabulation, and opens the window for large scale voter fraud.
Does the judge understand this, or is this lawyer another emboldened Communist Democrat who hates our country?
Can this ruling be appealed to the USSC??? they should do it.
Can the election officials hold back on the entire results for six days. That would drive them crazy.
Yet another target has been acquired.
Such is my hope. Integrity of the voting process is essential to maintaining the Constitutional Republic wherein we reside.
It’s not hard to backdate a private commercial postage meter. People have done that when mailing in their tax returns late.
If it looks as though a preferred candidate is losing, then all it takes it to spend two or three days gathering up unused mail-in ballots, fill them out, apply a backdated commercial postage meter with the November 3 date, and mail the ballots in. This can all be done within the new six-day post-election deadline.
No postmark, no matching signatures...what next? Enough cheating, they will win even with a demented old man who doesn’t campaign.
It was a long road to get there, but that made me LOL.
It will be overturned
