I am saying it is possible. Hillary had a couple of episodes that were similar and that accusation was openly discussed. It happens in Dictatorships. Surely the BLM (Marxists) and the Antifa (Communist) and the #ComDems would resort to such things.
Here is an article that suggests that Slow Joe had a face lift. I’m not trying to tell you that I am right about this, but asking you to look at the possibility. Look at photo’s of Joe 2-3 years ago and look at the video from the Convention.
