Very few are paying any attention to this, including most Freepers. Allowing Sullivan to play games does not have any downside from either Trump or Flynn. If Trump loses, he pardons Flynn immediately. If Trump wins, Sullivan will dismiss the case. Hold your fire until you see the whites of their eyes.

Flynn would be well advised to seek a pardon. He’s not assured of getting justice in the courts, and dangers await before the next President is sworn in.

We should be so thankful that Merrick Garland was not on the Supreme Court. He obviosly signed off on the per curiam decision. The guys is Summa cum Laude from Harvard College and Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law and he signs off on shear and utter self-contradictory, precedent slaying garbage like the per curiam opinion. Now I think it is obvious to most people that Harvard values skill in service to the deep state order of things far above actual independent intellectual rigor. But still, this is disturbing.

Again, if McConnell did one thing for this country for which he should be thanked this is it.

I said it months ago, that sleezeball judge Emmett Sullivan is a democrat and is trying to forestall the hearing on Micaael Flynn until the election. If he allows it eaelier, it will lose all of it’s sting when Flynn is let go. Emmett Sullivan is a slob!
