Punish the monkeys.
Let the organ-grinders go.
Only Republicans, who didn’t collude with the Russians, get jail time.

I agree, on the face of it, it seems rather mild. However....
1. That is all they could get on him right now if he is NOT talking, they have him dead to rights on changing the document. So that is what they got him on.
2. Admitted to a felony falsifying evidence being presented to a FISA Court.
3. He should face disbarment.
4. He should not be able to work in the Federal workforce again.
5. He is an admitted felon.
Some RAT think tank will hire him at almost his government salary and life will go on without a hitch for him.
Kevin Clinesmith is part of the Obama cabal attempting to take out our President Donald J. Trump.
The Democrat cabal are so contemptuous of people Hillary has labeled deplorable that they use tactics of the former KGB. They plot, lie, fake documents, smear political opponents, and engage foreign spies in an effort to disenfranchise millions of Americans. The press were, sadly, willing partners of the Democrat Cabal. They are all snakes.

In the Old West, justice was meted out quickly. Where there was no law, abuses occurred but the INTENT was to establish some order. Based on recent riots, we are devolving into a lawless state.
Where there is no law ........ Just saying.
Did the JUDGE ask him who told him to do that???? The JUDGE is the FISA JUDGE that got TAKEN!!
Judge Boasberg was not involved in signing any of the 4 Carter Page FISA requests. He was randomly assigned the case. The subject of recusal was brought up by the judge at the plea hearing. Both sides said it wasn't necessary. That said, you would think the judge would recuse since he is now head of the FISC court and there are on going matters that haven't been resolved..
Not what I heard.
He had nothing to do with the original Carter Page FiSA requests. The problem I have is the judge should have recused. If you ask the defendant and the prosecution if I am OK to continue on with the case, that is a problem. I am not a judicial ethics guy, but that smells foul to me..
