Rush gets this wrong a lot.

Mostly (JMHO) he misstates things like this just to jerk peoples' chains.

I'm quite certain there is a lefty cellar-dweller someplace has a compilation of things like this that is used to "absolutely certify that Limbaugh is a) Speaking in code to his Skinhead followers or b) Totally and finally losing his mind."

To quote a popular meme: "Show me how I'm wrong."
