A California judge has ruled that churches may operate with indoor services and with no attendance cap.

This ruling is a swift blow to California governor Gavin Newsom’s edict banning indoor services. The decision came as Trump attorney Jenna Ellis and Charles LiMandri defended California Pastor John MacArthur who openly defied the California ban.

Pastor John MacArthur told “Fox News @ Night” earlier this month that he began holding indoor services in the form of “peaceful protest” at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles County, despite being warned he could face fines or arrest....

What? Everyone knows the Constitution becomes null and void if there’s a breakout of a man-made disease.

I am so happy to hear of this.

Bravo to both Calvary Chapel and Grace Community Church for standing up to the COVID BULLIES!

I wonder how many broken taillight citations will be issued in the morning?

We’ve got to keep an eye on this situation for the next two weeks. Compare to the following situation.
Virginia Pastor Dies From COVID-19 3 Weeks After Holding Packed Service (4/13/2020)

In the meanwhile, patriots should start taking vitamin D3 supplement daily in my non-medical opinion.

That really is how they see it on the left. Free speech, right to bear arms, freedom of assembly and religion are just little games that we take out of the toybox for playtime. We are to have them taken away by our parents when they want us to focus on something serious.

I can’t tell completely but don’t count your chickens before they hatch. The judge refused to allow the state to prohibit the gatherings but he also scheduled a hearing in September for the state to seek a preliminary injunction against the church. Sounds like the ruling was more procedural than substantial.

Meant substantive rather than substantial.

Better get ready to have 24 hour armed guards at the churches. The deep staters will torch more of them.

True, however MacArthur should have stood up much sooner. Hopefully many of our lukewarm Christian brothers will now be inspired and learn during the next round of forced church shut downs to simply not comply.
I am really curious to know how many of those that stayed at home for months will return to group worship....that said, our church never shut down, attendance did drop off but has been back to normal the last month.

I’m so glad a judge has allowed people to worship in church. Thank you government.
