Yesterday, presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden had to walk back a gaffe in which he said that there is a lack of ideological diversity in the black community in the United States. But for Washington Post fact checker Glenn Kessler, the gaffe never happened.

So did they deny Biden made the statements ascribed to him, or did they contend that the statements did not comprise a gaffe?
The first would be a lie. The second would be subjective, although since Biden felt compelled to explain himself, it certainly comes down on the “gaffe” side.

I’m not so sure why we are so insistent on referring to it as a gaffe. In a way, that is providing covering fire for him as well. It wasn’t a gaffe. He didn’t misspeak. He revealed his true inner thoughts and feelings about blacks, plain and simple.

Had President Trump said anything at all like these two back-to-back Biden statements it would be the leading story on all of the media.

So, will there ever be consequences for the lying reporter?
This whole “fact checker” scam, is just another way for the media to continue to publish their lies, under a new guise of being a media “watchdog” once their mask fell off and the public began to distrust the media on a scale similar to the citezenry’s distrust of politicians. Another layer of obfuscation, so as to posit some new media bias and say, “gee this was “de-bunked” (which is another of their favorite ways to deceive their useful idiots) by such and such “fact checker.”
I can’t count how many times I’ve seen the “de-bunked” term used as a valid debating rebuttal, whereas it is a red flag for what follows to by false. We must cast aside any facts that have been checked by a “fact checker” or has been “de-bunked.”
Anyone can look at exit polling data by race and see who is the least diverse racial group by their political party vote. We are so weak and cringing as a nation that saying a truth that is never said publicly is some sort of scandal. I didn’t hear one public voice from the right point this out, I hope someone did.
And of course pandering Joe apologizes for his clear and true statement because it hurts him with the very diverse black vote. Ridiculous.

Once they got past chains and razors, Joe became friends with Corn Pop. Perhaps Joe's only black friend in the day.
Hahaha. I watched their new show tonight and I heard them call Biden that I thought it was too funny and fitting.
I watched it, too. Loved it.
Blacks can only be black if they vote democrat; else they are white folks.
That he would even bring this up points to diminished capacity in someone running for president. What he said is true, but no one is supposed to talk about it anywhere, much less during a presidential campaign.
