Obviously this isn’t a bright woman. By announcing her intentions to a full court press, she just poisoned any prosecution her office might is family and “anyone” in his circle who may have violated the law once she settles into her new job.

“We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well,” James, a Democrat, told NBC News in her first extensive interview since she was elected last month. James outlined some of the probes she intends to pursue with regard to the president.

All the Trump lawyers need to do is point to this silly, vindictive confession of her own intention to harass a political opponent with partisan thuggery, and any case the AG’s office tries to bring will be tainted before it gets started.

It should get her disbarred.

NYAG James just created a huge conflict of interest for herself, gleefully announcing her prejudice into
aspects of Trump’s business and family. Going so far as to announce she will target and convict without even a
scintilla of evidence of wrongdoing.

Based on her prejudicial statements to a full court press, the NY Attorney General’s office must be recused from
any investigation or prosecution of any case involving Trump or his family.
