What does Trump gain by banning TikTok, on the contrary he is going to enrage a lot of people.

The only ones who gain from Tiktok ban are Facebook and they are not exactly Trump supporters, are they.

This is another example where he is getting bad advise.

How is it not a parenting fail to still let them have TikTok? The information about it’s dangers has been out there too long.

No, it’s not censorship.

PETERMAN: That inferno rattling sound that has plagued me these past two days - and I could not find the source. In my office, in the hallway. even in the men's room! Shame on you, Elaine!

ELAINE: No, no, Mr. Peterman that wasn't me!

PETERMAN: That reminds me of the Hatian Voodoo rattle torture! You haven't gone over to their side have you?

Are these the grass seeds that LEGO you if you walk barefooted across the lawn?

They are sandspurs, or sandburrs as we call them in West Texas. They grab your pant legs, your socks, your actual legs, and if you step on them barefooted, you will be in pain. LOL! I’ve stepped on a thousand of them when I was a kid. They used to grow in most yards till people found ways to get rid of them.

The Chinese would deserve these. LOL!

"What exactly is the NATSEC threat?"

More than 100 million TikTok conversations being filtered by the chicom military security forces certainly qualifies, IMHO...

>>have agreed to pay $5.7 million to settle Federal Trade Commission allegations that the company illegally collected personal information from children.

Merely a slap on the wrist.

Do it. Use your EO on Twitter to remove their 230 exemption from publisher liability, too. They are taking sides.

The app is a trap.

Do your 15 second dance clip on some other platform.

That would of course require mic access which should be illegal (and considered a major device defect) without express permission.

Over the last year, I’ve heard about unsolicited, targeted marketing that uniquely reflected the content of conversations in proximity of the participants’ devices.

“Merely a slap on the wrist.”

Yes. But hopefully it will put them on notice their crap is being watched. First amendment can be a very tricky time in a dog and pony show. Shutting them totally down may be too much to bite off. And since they know they won’t be hammered into submission, these type of organizations can get very encourageable. I’m not sure how much of the Santa Monica location is American owned, if at all or totally, but that will have a bearing on how the control can be handled at the federal level by the FCC and child protection to start.

Yes. But hopefully it will put them on notice their crap is being watched. First amendment can be a very tricky time in a dog and pony show. Shutting them totally down may be too much to bite off, especially be web based. And since they know they won’t be hammered into submission, these type of organizations can get very encourageable. I’m not sure how much of the Santa Monica location is American owned, if at all or totally, but that will have a bearing on how the control can be handled at the federal level by the FCC and child protection to start. Personally, for preying on children, I agree, they they got off light.

Makes perfect sense that Microsoft is rushing to rescue this ChiCom spy app, since Bill Gates is the leading force behind the entire COVID-19 shut down and mail-in election theft we effort.
