The Louisville businesses here almost certainly affect interstate commerce in some way - by serving out-of-state customers, or by buying products manufactured in some other state.

I'm not so sure this extortion will be successful. Much easier now to expose these lice to the general public. Notable defiers defended by the public are Chic-Fil-A years ago and Goya currently along with several more small, local businesses.

Getting the word out to defend OUR culture has a demonstrably positive effect.

And, provide a generic post that these impacted business enterprises can post, live on their premises, and on-line in their social media pages telling this whole story, and cautioning that negative reviews left after the target date are, at best suspect, and more likely fraudulent and fabricated.
