To make it look like the assassin was crazed and murderous. I wonder if the FedEx uniform description is to link the two killings. I’m not normally a conspiracy fan, but this sounds like a great setup for a thriller novel.
Why would the assassin travel all the way to CA to kill the other lawyer? Unless, he really didn’t do it. Maybe the other lawyer was supposed to be the first “assassin” but refused to be the patsy, so the real people behind killing the judge’s son had to go to plan B. Just an idea.
I think a sick man taking revenge on people that he had a documented grudge against is the simpler and more likely solution.
Possible. We may never know the complete story.
