Quite the contrary in regard to Iran’s nuclear program. Here’s the headline from an old article in the Israeli paper Arutuz Sheva on a provision buried in the Obama deal:

I suspected a couple of those might have made the mountain in Norkea collapse on their nuke program. That mountain had been hollowed out pretty extensively, A tungsten or depleted uranium rod could well collapse that.
