This is TOTAL BS. Anyone can go to the Arizona Covid Dashboard and check the facts for themselves. The latest data shows that usage rate for intensive care beds for ALL purposes, not just Covid, is unchanged since 6/30 at 89%! Most of these patients are not Covid and it is not unusual for hospitals to schedule surgeries to keep their ICU occupancy at 70 to 90 percent.
