NOT my Navy.
So now its a VICTORY when we get to enjoy the God given right to our religion as stated in our Constitution????
who is responsible for the order prohibiting attendance at religious services. It seems when unconstitutional orders are made and then rescinded, someone should bear responsibility.
Regrettably, and in particular, young Catholic men and women on active duty in the Navy tend to get in a rut and habitually forego the Sunday Mass obligation, even when doing so would not be particularly difficult (in port, diocesan parish nearby, etc.).
Stupid thing to do in the first place; why was it churches were closed down but abortion clinics and marijuana shops were allowed to remain open? Then too, big box stores were allowed to open hut churches still closed - and then that stupid CA governor wouldn’t allow singing in churches.
the modern military, rancid and decrepit with PC rot. (Retired Army Officer)
I would like to know just who, and there were probably more than one, were responsible for the ruling in the first place. An investigation just might uncover some other misdeeds planned.
The Navy JAG that blessed this order is an idiot.
