No, because nothing has been turned over. That all has to be litigated. The President can continue to raise grounds for quashing the subpoenas and appeal those rulings.

I don’t think anything will be handed over before the election. The fact that Pelosi just spent less than 30 seconds speaking about the decision tells me she knows they failed at an attempt to make this a meaningful impact on the election.
this SDNY decision was just for an IMMUNITY claim...smart delaying tactic by Trumps lawyers, a whole year. Now, the process starts about what they actually can get...which means first to the District, then Circuit, then Appellate Courts etc....the Congressional attempt was a complete Trump beat down....these were both political stunts geared to before the 2020 election...they s are still pissed that he won in 2016...theyll never get over it.
