Something odd here about McDuck. She was a commissioned officer and had severe combat injuries and received an Air Medal and Army Commendation Medal. Officers would normally get the Bronze Star for valor for such wounds. The Arcom and a single Air Medal is insulting. In Viet Nam many Army admin types got an air medal for every so many transit flights they accomplished transporting documentation. The Arcom was routinely awarded every six months in many units. Something really stinks here and the Army seems to be signaling that through these tepid decorations.
Maybe she was an officer like John Kerry was an officer?
They threw him out of Viet Nam after 3 months as ‘UNFIT FOR COMMAND”
He applied for 3 purple hearts during that time, one for a scratch requiring a band-aid.
He ran like a coward from a firefight, leaving one of his men in the water- another boat had to stop WHILE IN THE SAME FIREFIGHT and rescue the guy.
The dumbocrats called revealing those facts “swiftboating” as a derogatory term.
If revealing facts is ‘swiftboating’ then we need a hell of a lot more of it.
