No big surprise that this is just another fake hate crime, but stolen valor is an issue with this one as well.

Another fake hate crime, should about guarantee the dude an election win.

First of all a DuckDuckGo search (News) shows how extensively this has been covered. They don't list the number of hits but the articles listed go on for pages:

At least for lawyers and doctors every state has a website that allows you to check on their license status, complaints, discipline, etc.

15 tabs up in Wisconsin and can't find any "Search on EMT license status" but this might be worth a call maybe for a license status link:

The little lady is coming home today after 3 weeks in NC with daughter, grandaughter and her mom. I'm hanging a screen door with door sweep, threshold and some screen bats and gotta do some laundry, vacuuming, groceries for her by 8:30pm tonight.

Thought I had a couple more days ... ;-)

At 18 I wondered if she (Althea) could be an EMT - you can start when you're 17 but need 180 hours of specific courses and cannot be licensed before 18.

A call to the gal Helen Pullen re license status or a link to check might be interesting. Hope this helps.

If Pullen defers send her an email requesting the info - then it becomes a public record perhaps adding a bit of pressure.
