I assume from this tweet he lost his appeal last night to defer the sentence until September.

“He is at considerable risk from serious health consequences, including death, if his surrender date is not extended,” Stone’s motion says. The judge “failed to give adequate deference to the government’s uniform policy not to oppose surrender date extension motions due to the pandemic, and failed to consider authority from around the country on this issue under similar circumstances.”
It is regrettable that Barr did not extend forgiveness to Stone for (supposedly) lying like he did to all the others (who lied grievously) involved in the coup attempt.

The date is already set so that’s not breaking but gaslighting by Jack Posobiec.
That Obama judge Amy Berman had it in for Roger Stone in the worst way. She let a political jury convict him and gave him nothing but two additional weeks to enter the system.
President Trump is likely to use some political capital and commute his sentence. Maybe in the old days, Roger Stone would hang out for a few months and write a book until November and get out.
But this Roger Stone seems to be less able to face it with the ChiCom Virus floating around. He wants help from President Trump.
I hope he gets it.
AG Barr can not give “forgiveness.” He’s not the President and does not have that authority.
He did not do any such thing for “all the others.” He asked a US Attorney out of Missouri to review the General Flynn case. That US Attorney Jeff Jensen discovered great problems and much evidence exonerating General Flynn.

I was being sarcastic. Barr chose not to press charges against those who had been referred to for charges by the Inspector General.
AG Barr can’t step into this mess. He’s not about to do that and create a political mess when he has another US Attorney, John Durham working on a far bigger nightmare for the Rats.
No one knows what charges are being brought and when in the big picture. The IG referrals are not the only picture and it’s mostly small potatoes.
Why the AG, with tens of thousands of people under him is thought to be running every case int he country is an astonishing thought.
Gary Ridgeway..aka, The Green River Killer was almost released on a 4-3 vote of the supreme court. More people were in favor of showing him Mercy then Rodger Stone.
For some reason, Liberals think they are protecting the justice system when they crush any white people and let everyone else go.
