Don’t disparage his remarks. Tyrants and oligarchs always presage their regimes with proclamations of their intent. Its just shadowed in a cloud of verbiage that can be taken many ways. It translates to Terror and subjugation in the end.

Prior to Covid our nation was enjoying the biggest prosperity in my lifetime. It was good and the working class was benefiting greatly. The left cannot tolerate this as it impacts their power so here we are - they are trying to destroy everything so they can get elected when they have no answers or plan other than proven idiocy such as “a green economy” and “social justice”.
The fundamentals of the economy and Trump’s policies are still strong and we will come back if voters support it.
