A Catholic institution should uphold Catholic beliefs’
A student at Villanova University is accusing her academic advisor of trying to intimidate her over tweets critical of the university’s promotion of Pride Month.
Melanie Didioti, a graduate student at the Catholic university outside of Philadelphia, recently tweeted criticism of the school’s athletic department for its Pride Month tweet on June 22. The tweet said: “Love is Love. Happy #PrideMonth – We are proud to be an ally of the LGBTQ+ Community.”
Seems like there is a much better chance for me getting in to heaven as time goes by. :-)

When my children attended the university I told them DO NOT announce your political views to professors or students. Let them think you are on board with what ever crap is going down. When you bring your children up to speak the truth it is very hard for them to contain their views but when you are outnumbered and your grades depend on it sadly you need to do what you have to. These universities have always been cesspools they have just gotten worse and have spilled into the streets
Well, the Methodist church in the neighborhood I grew up in had a rainbow flag on the sign since about 1988, so that’s nothing shocking to me.
Anyway, at what point do these “Catholic” universities just drop the pretense that they are in any way Catholic? When you are out there celebrating one of the “7 Deadly Sins”, you are not really in communion with the rest of your church, I reckon.
They can call it whatever they want, but by the time the Romans 1:18-32 (like a proverbial canary dying in a coal mine) line has been crossed you can judge by the fruit what sort of tree is really growing there.
Tolerance was only for while it benefitted them, and would never do once they got power.
Well, eventually, every Christian may get a chance to be a martyr and take the guaranteed express lane to Heaven. The way things are shaping up, I won’t be surprised to be offered that choice in my lifetime.
Many churches have gone over to the dark side and are no longer Christian, but call themselves Christian.
Catholic colleges and such hire anti Catholics and liberals,then turn them loose to destroy the students....Students who follow the church should their asses ....
Methodists freak me out. I dated one and she even worked full time for the church. Seems more like a cult to me.

Out of 191 Catholic colleges and universities ,151 of them support or embrace abortion or Planned Parenthood...Cardinal Newman center did a study on this about 10 years ago....
