I don’t know who Bill Mitchell is, but the President doesn’t actually charge anyone. That is up to prosecutors.

There is no consequences.
He did win an election. And immediately began reneging on his promises. He announced during a debate that he would be appointing a special prosecutor to go after Hillary. Sounded great. Probably solidified many votes.
Then I suspect Ivanka and Jared or someone similar got to him and he went away from his instincts. He probably had a pit bull in mind for Attorney General also but ended up with the first of two eunuchs.
The tone was set for his presidency and he's been playing defense since. I hope I'm wrong but I think there's more reasons to think not much will change if he wins.

Why wait? I think he may be losing his appeal to those who are feeling unsafe. He will need every vote he can get....especially since it will probably be mail in voting.
I like him very much, but I’m not liking the destruction of our country with so little pushback.
