Gov. Ducey orders 30-day closure of some businesses, school opening delayed-AZ

TUCSON, Ariz. — Gov. Doug Ducey announced new measures to control the spread of COVID-19 in Arizona at a news conference Monday afternoon.

First, the governor said bars, gyms, indoor movie theaters, water parks and tubing in Arizona would be forced to close for 30 days. Pools will be allowed to remain open, but can allow 10 people at a time, Ducey said.

The executive order goes into effect at 8 p.m. Monday.

I actually have some neck gaiters/face shields from WOO! Tungsten that are UV rated and a lot more breathabble than most of this stuff being sold (I got them because I’m on their fishing pro staff). My brother-in-law got me a couple in camo and skull pattern at Christmas for my tactical gear (he’s a two-branch service veteran and a prepper, as well).

I’ve fly fished once in my life - two years ago. Bought a Martin fly fishing rig, chest pack, flies, barbless hooks, eggs, extra line, the works. Took to it pretty quick following online how-to’s. Not too terribly different than all the other poles I own, in many ways. My wife and I rented a nice log cabin in the mountains for a weekend that was right on a catch-and-release trout stream. She said it was a hoot sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and watching me hooking everything but trout - tree limbs, grass, logs.......tranquility and serenity with nature aside, I’m taking electric hedge trimmers with me next time and making it a fair fight. One thing anglers of all stripes know not to do: the ol’ ‘bow and arrow’ cast through a narrow sight window. Guaranteed to draw blood. Yours. LOL

Here's Mr. Vaccine “predicting” exactly that! Amazing they seem to know the course the virus will take months down the road and it's never positive as in the virus weakening and progress in herd immunity. But that's not on their agenda.

Neighbor yesterday told me they were sold out of paper towels etc. at the Home Depot again. He wanted to know what was going on. I told him a surge in cases. People are starting to panic again.

FWIW my wife who has 20 years in the medical field told me yesterday that one of the doctors she works with came from the hospital doing his rounds,and there are 9 new cases (in the Pittsburgh,PA. area) of the Wuhan Flu. Another doctor told her that people on vacations will be bringing back "the sauce."

Went to a grocery store one afternoon and no one was in a mask except for the employees. The next morning went again, everybody was in a mask.
