Roberts disagrees with the Whole Women's Health and believes that if that decision was overruled then the State regulations at issue would be upheld, but nonetheless votes with the Liberal Justices based on stare decisis, because nothing regarding abortion caselaw has changed since Whole Women's Health was decided.

This is what would happen if a case seeking to overrule Roe v. Wade reached the Court as it is currently constituted. Roberts is a coward and wants it both ways: disagreeing with abortion jurisprudence, but upholding it because it exists.

TRUMP needs to get out a whisper campaign saying TRUMP is going to make The Art of the Deal with Democrats after replacing RBG with Amy Coney Barrett!

We will give Democrats Merrick Garland if they help us get rid of Roberts!

Let Roberts know he is on borrowed time & that to get back on TRUMP's good side, Roberts will have to reverse his decisions on Obamacare, CENSUS, DACA & Gay marriage before the 2020 Election

We need to scare these RINO's straight or just get rid of them!

Nope. What I posted was a fair and accurate (yet necessarily brief) description of the Court and its decisions of the past couple of decades. Best wishes.

Time for Louisiana to tell the SC to just get F’d...and shut down the abortion clinics.

GWB knew exactly what he was doing when he put nominated left-leaning, globalist Roberts. Only we were fooled into thinking GWB was a conservative. I figured it out pretty quickly but even I was fooled into thinking Robers might be right of center. Badly fooled.

This is why EVERYBODY need to vote Trump into a 2nd term — so he can add 2 more conservatives to SCOTUS. We know Ginsberg is on the cusp of death, so that is guaranteed. I think Breyer won’t make it another 4 years.

Statement from CJ John Roberts today:

I joined the dissent in Whole Woman’s Health (Note: This is the Texas abortion case which was identical to the Louisiana case and in which Roberts dissented from the majority and joined the conservatives) and con- tinue to believe that the case was wrongly decided. The question today (i.e. Louisiana case of June 29th) however is not whether Whole Woman’s Health was right or wrong, but whether to adhere to it in deciding the present case.

Who are the SCOTUS Judges appointed by Republican Presidents that have been the greatest turncoats?

I know of two that are in the running-—

David Souter, appointed by George Herbert Walker Bush

John Roberts, appointed by George Walker Bush

Any others?

On the other side of the aisle, Who are the SCOTUS Judges appointed by Democrat Presidents that have been turncoats?

"5-4 vote."

God's judgment will be far more unanimous and uncertain.

Someone needs to go pelican brief on Roberts.

Stop advocating violence like that on the last great conservative forum out there. All you do is invite investigation writing that kind of crap.

Unbelievable.

Using Roe v. Wade as a benchmark, although Baird v. Eisenstadt did equal, if not more damage to society, Repub "mises" include:

Eisenhower - Stewart and Brennan

Nixon - Blackmun, Burger, and Powell

Ford - Stevens

Reagan - O'Connor (Virtue Signaling) and Kennedy (The "Bork"ing made easier with a new dem majority thanks to Reagan's amnesty abomination)

Bush I - Souter (Thanks Sununu). Bush II - Roberts (Was trending but now a full blown promoter of social degeneracy)

Trump - Still pending, although Gorsuch seems to a sucker for the homosexual agenda equating behavior for sex (When *only* defining male in female in the law).

As for the dems, you can make a case for Kennedy - White, but that is the only one, the rest have been malignant progressive activists.

Thanks for the history of SCOTUS appointments.

It does appear a bit lopsided with the Republicans having appointed 10 SCOTUS Judges who ended up on the left side and only 1 Democrat appointed SCOTUS Judge on the maybe conservative side.

A lifestyle free from responsibility, being necessary for the elimination of children, the right of women to abort their babies, shall not be infringed.

perhaps an amendment would be in order/sarc
