Coming soon to a home near you. A Missouri mob of looters/protestors was very lucky not to be legally shot as a well-armed couple defend their home from the mob that broke through their perimeter gate. Video shows the armed couple facing down the mob.
The important aspect is here the mob was not on a public street; the mob represented a clear threat; and Missouri has strong Castle Doctrine laws that do not require a duty of the homeowner to retreat from the threat. This mob was very fortunate the couple were well disciplined in their use of firearms. Once the mob broke through the gate, they were effectively in the justifiable kill zone.
Missouri’s law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first. (link)

Video uploaded to Twitter shows the St. Louis mob unlawfully entering the private property of the homeowners. Both the gate and the driveway are clearly identified as private property. This is not public property.
This is also a powder-keg issue and if local and state officials do not take action it is only a matter of time before these types of events lead to shooting. This is also why the DOJ needs to step-in quickly and begin making arrests of the anarchists and provocateurs who are violating laws and threatening ordinary citizens.
The Democrats are perfectly comfortable stoking the national anxiety and putting a few of their easily led sheep into the kill zone to accomplish their political objectives.
State of Missouri has no ANTIFA or BLM rioting/looting problem. This is why.

Already posted, but still a worthy story. All of this threatening people in their homes, looting and rioting need to come to a screeching halt, preferably with rioters screeching in pain.
Don't kid yourselves into thinking the media and the Dems are moral beings. They want people shot, they want to use the one mistake out of a thousand to demonize gun owners.
Home owners do not have the training of LEO's, the rioters, Dems and media are praying for an accidently shooting to demonize gun owners.

Unfortunately, most LEO's lack the consistent and repeated range time to stay proficient. It's usually a budgetary thing.
A couple of years ago I read a statistic that citizens present at shootings were at greater risk of wounds from LEO's than from criminals.
In any event, the lady may well hit her target with the first shot, but, after the recoil does a number on her wrist, all the rest will be random.

Sundance, please explain why this is a federal law enforcement matter. I don’t see a federal issue here.
The left is taunting and goading Trump to get a reaction that will prove him to be the tyrant that they have claimed he is for the past four years.
Needs to be done in creative ways, to leave a very long memory and note to self, “Don’t protest, riot, loot like that again.”
When you look at an aerial photo of the property, the protesters are NOT on the sidewalk, they have come way up into the property. THAT is why the couple came out with guns. The media is apparently not reporting the extent of the intrusion.

I think they are extraordinarily frustrated that a group of AR-15-wielding patriots didn’t mow down any of the cannon fodder the Left had so thoughtfully lined up for them. Now, they are pivoting back to the virus - where they were making more progress.
There is a reason they call the majority of rural America ‘flyover’ country. The sh*t not going to be tolerated, at all or someone going to get their a**es shot.
I do have LE training, but having said that...I do not care if people protecting themselves and their homes have LE training or not. We have to rely on ourselves for that protection. I would blame no one for taking action against a threat. That’s why we have a 2nd amendment.
