Let’s not forget why Juan Williams was ditched by NPR.
It was for being insensitive.
He had expressed his qualms about flying commercial with a Muslim in Muslim garb.
Kind of like Jesse Jackson feeling relieved that the man following him down some dark street wasn’t a black man.
Juan Williams would make the perfect VP candidate for Biden.
Pure Nothingness.
They could make the Peter Sellers sequel and call it “Not Being There.”

The truth is, inner-city aggregations of black people should not exist. They are the products 50 years or more of Democrat social engineering, of $20 trillion spent on great society welfare programs since Lyndon Johnson. The Democrats have carefully built and maintained their welfare plantation, from which year after year they have gleaned millions of votes. Blacks, in consequence, have not been assimilated into the larger society as they should have been. Voucher schools ( instead of perpetually failing inner-city public schools ), housing vouchers ( as opposed to sterile public housing projects ), enterprise zones, charter schools . . . all of which Democrats oppose . . . would have helped to achieve such assimilation.

I’ve often marvelled at his assinine state-ments. But it never occurred to me that he’d be clever enough to calculate them. He looks so proud and self-satisfied when he pops one off.
The inner cities were wonderful. Blacks were being friendly with blacks, storefronts were never locked after hours and kids had moms and dads? Juan are you trying to make AOC look like a Rhodes Scholar?
I think you’re missing the point; I wouldn’t care if they had a White liberal on, but the image of Juan Williams disagreeing with conservatives is bad for optics.
