A longtime white friend phoned me to talk him down from the cliff. He is concerned about how the new racial hatred dominating our country will impact his grandkids. For the first time, he and his wife believe they should purchase a gun for home protection. This headline confirms my friend's instinct to arm himself to protect his family. “BEWARE: The Woke Mob is Targeting You Next, Small-Town America.”
My friend also confided that he is feeling racial resentment he has never felt before. I told him racial hatred and division is exactly what leftists hope to achieve with their Black Lives Matter hysteria.
Mary and I are an interracial couple married for over 40 years. A white millennial family member absurdly believes she is showing respect for me by being a strong advocate for BLM. My response is bending over and grabbing your ankles and kneeling in worship to an anti-American racist hate group disturbs me. I love my country. America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to pursue their dreams. The BLM movement has nothing, I repeat nothing, to do with empowering blacks. Leftists are exploiting blacks as useful idiots to implement their transformation of America away from the divinely inspired vision of our Founding Fathers.
For decades, public education, Hollywood, Democrats and fake news media have infected youths with a poisonous lie that America is a hellhole of racism and the greatest source of evil on the planet. Our passivity allowed leftists to transform our kids into their social-justice army of anarchists.

This is obvious to anyone willing to follow the money. BLM has raised millions upon millions of dollars, perhaps even beyond a billion. Does it go to black churches? Schools in black neighborhoods? Does it go to black families in need? No. It goes into the coffers of white, limousine liberals who live in mini mansions and radical movements with ideologies that only serve to hurt minority groups in the long run.

I am in an interracial marriage which has gone on for decades (how long is none of your business...lol). This guy is spot on. Same experience here. Going forward there needs to be older people with life experience in college classrooms and those older people will need to speak up when the prof says mad things.

Trump should issue an emergency order that would re-institute the draft. These young anarchists would then be required to report for some form of government service. If nothing else it would re-direct their thoughts and maybe even cause some to leave the country.
Don’t see what is happening as being “race based”. That is just false narrative window dressing. Only ONE IN SIX BLM protesters is black.
Instead, if you want to see what the end goals of BLM and Antifa are, you need to turn back the clock to 1966-1967 in China, to see the state sanctioned Red Guards, the “terror” of the Chinese Cultural Revolution.

In that short two year period, the Red Guards tried to destroy a thousand years of Chinese history, burning libraries, museums, art and architecture, and arresting millions of people that they put in “reeducation” (concentration) camps. Destroying, death dealing human locusts.
Even at the time many confused tears were shed because of the madness and irrationality that sought only to destroy, seemingly without rhyme or reason or goal, anything and anyone they whimsically called “counterrevolutionary”.
Truthfully, the only appropriate punishment for such plague vermin is to give to them what they want for others: to round them up and put them in forced labor camps, “until they get it out of their system.”
They hold no art or artifacts or monuments dear, but they envy and hate those that do. In their lives, no one has loved or even liked them, nor do they have a family in any sense of the word. And they are filled to the brim with burning hate and rage at those who do.
It creates in them the “life in wartime” mindset, of being so caught up in your misery that the only relief you can imagine is to spread the misery, deprivation and horror to others: *any* others. If they can just make others feel their agonizing pain, maybe it will reduce the amount they feel, is what they imagine.
Such people are lost souls, or perhaps dead souls. Ignore their proclamations of justice and virtue, because they never offer either. Only the destruction, hatred, violence and chaos of the Chinese Red Guards.
Trump needs to expose and prosecute corruption. That is the single constant in all of the insanity.

Spot on... I’m more inclined to believe they are “lost souls” as their moral compass is nonexistent. They have forgotten the face of the father.
Why do cowardly police allow the vandals to wear combat gear during their mahem? Masks, helmets, body armor, billy clubs quite visible. What is going on?
Maybe they’re applying for future openings in “law enforcement”.
