They are screaming their 200,000 H4 visa kids are DACA as well.
And lots of schemes are being mentioned in reddit threads to try to stay in the US, including lawfare to force the USCIS to give Indians 240 days instead of the 60 now prescribed by regulations.

Try to get a passport renewed. No can do... government’s been on furlough (with full pay) so very few have been processed. They are several months behind. I know, because I tried to renew my wife’s passport.
So, what do you call it when you accept “incoming,” but cut off “outgoing?” Asymmetric warfare?
