NEW YORK (Reuters) - The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut announced on Wednesday that visitors from states with high coronavirus infection rates must self-quarantine for 14 days on arrival.
Those states are Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Washington, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo told reporters.

Cite the law allowing people without any symptoms can be subject to this?
Super Duper Democrat New York and New Jersey who alone account for probably 70% of the coronavirus deaths in the United States because of their miss management and stupid policies Andrew Cuomo obviously is the main culprit Murphy’s not really so bad are trying to play the game of how now were so perfect and you can’t come here that is

Will visitors be required to wear a t-shirt with the state they are from? Or, a red COVID-19 button? /s
Good. That will reduce the number people from other states going to our country’s CV hotspot, so there will be fewer carrying it home. Make no mistake about it, NY-NJ-CT are a huge issue, with ~1/3rd the cases and deaths.
The tri state axis has spoken

The Constitution contains no language saying that its provisions and amendments become invalid if there’s an epidemic.
If the Constitution can be suspended due to an epidemic, we’ll have an epidemic every month.

Cuomo screamed bloody murder when Trump wanted to quarantine New York three months ago.

CUOMO is getting even with the states that closed the door on New York to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. He and BLOOMBERG are little people.
Control of interstate commerce is regulated by Congress and the Interstate Commerce Clause. The states have no control of restricting movement unless Congress gives the ok.
Enforced by fines. 1k to 2k.
