Data collected by Action News shows shootings in the city of Philadelphia have surged since the end of May, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
On Monday night, Philadelphia police said two 15-year-olds were shot, one suffered at least 15 gunshot wounds. The teens, who are expected to survive, are just two of the dozens of shooting victims this year.
Data shows that 117 people have been shot in Philadelphia since June 1, or for the past three weeks.
Since the year began, nearly 800 people have been shot in the city, that's a 24% increase from the year before.

Remember the old theory on POWs
In the height of battle, POWs are a major problem, whether you feed or clothe them you still need ‘manpower’ to ensure they don’t escape and come back and fight you again.
So, in many cases, at least logistically, POWs are something you may want to ‘avoid’.
Remember the furor over the Cage movie ‘Code Talker(?)’ how the snowflakes got their panties in an uproar when they were told or finally figured out that the main job of Cage - as a bodyguard - was to ‘eliminate’ him rather than allow him to be captured.?

Look around and check out who a lot of Mayors, Chiefs etc are in Major Cities.

Hear any MSM outlet etc and you would think the ONLY job us Straight, White Males have is to ride herd on and crush Females of ANY sex or ethnicity.
Little do they realize that a great portion of the funding of these so called ‘projects’ is from US.

Comprehensive policing and peacekeeping techniques are known to stop gun violence. It requires aggressive patrolling, informants, arrests on unrelated crimes and keeping bad guys especially gang members in jail while awaiting trial ,conviction and imprisonment. None of this is happening in Democrat controlled urban areas. Democrat politicians, their lackeys and elected Democrat DAs won’t enforce the law or support the police. No white cop in his right mind will investigate or try to prevent crimes. They do not even want to go into these areas to accompany coroners to collect bodies or ambulances to get the wounded. Who can blame them?
