Congresswoman Karen Bass, chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, is undergoing vetting as a candidate to be Joe Biden's running mate, CBS News has learned according to sources familiar with the process.
The five-term congresswoman represents Los Angeles and endorsed Biden for president in mid-March.

Remember William Miller? Edmond Muskie? Hell, even Geraldine Ferraro? Their careers were virtually finished because they lost in a landslide as veep candidates. You could pretty much say the same for Sarah Palin.
Biden threw out the women promise too impulsively and now they are going to have to live with it after whipping up women for years.

For several months, I’ve been of the mind that Biden would announce some fake heart attack, and allow the VP to move up for the final three months. If Bass is the one...then they intend to run Biden all the way to November. I think they approached two or three others, who just said no...they didn’t want to be a part of this whole game.
Other than Staci Abrams I doubt that there is a black female Democrat office holder in the country who isn’t being vetted.
Not a single candidate mentioned thus far has the mental capacity or proven leadership to be the President of the United States
I think we can assume a Biden presidency would be as a figurehead, directed by an elite group with an agenda

Oh, good catch. Yes, just what Biden needs is to put a “Karen” on the ticket.
Not only never heard of her(maybe that’s good) but have no idea of her qualifications. I do have some idea of how she must think if she endorsed Biden for president, tho. That’s probably all that needs to be said.
