Pass it in the House and it’ll die in the Senate. Even if it passed the Senate Trump would veto it. Waste of time.
Not at all. It's just another attempt to get "Trump is stupid and incompetent" into the news feeds. These guys know it isn't going anywhere as law, but it serves their interest as propaganda.
