You are right, I think I like this added definition. Since BLM and the lefties ARE “a political program based on the ASSUMPTION of racism”, BLM and the lefties are, in fact, racism personified. By assuming white priviledge and racism in all whites, they now prove themselves to be racist.

"Systemic Racism" is the lie that allows the cry-bully to claim victimhood while creating an amorphous boogie-man used to claim their grievance, without having to identify an actual grievance that might be fixed.

This allows the cry-bully to claim perpetual victimhood, knowing that the non-existent problem will never (and can never) be solved, since it doesn't exist, except through the cry-bully's claim and "the sanction of the victim" (thank you Ayn Rand) of self- hating, white-guilt activists.
