With the emerging new normal, African Americans are demanding that they are to be completely free from any standard civilization norms of accountability for their actions. That would include behavior, life style, ethics, morals, crime, theft, violence murder...etc. There is no hope, we have let the situation go way to far, there is no going back.
The potential for America breaking up into smaller nation states is very possible at this point.

Passed out in the drive through lane would have gotten a call even back in the day. And if he was only a .125 he should not have been passed out. That is impaired but not heavily intoxicated unless he was a teatotaler until that day.

He might have mixed some drugs in not realizing that having a few may make some mild sedatives very potent.

They should have simply allowed him to get back in his car and drive away, running into other cars, barriers, and perhaps some children. //sarc

Seriously, if the black had dropped the taser and run away, they would not have given much of a chase. Most police departments have no hot pursuits policies. The radio moves a lot faster than that guy could run. He wouldn’t have gotten two blocks.

But as soon as he turned with that taser, he positioned himself to be shot.

Some people make bad decisions when they are out of their minds.
