After the 4th month of Joe’s first term when he is declared non compos mentis, the real President will emerge. That is, whomever the Dems pick as Joe’s running mate, is whom they want as President.
Should he happen to win, they can replace him any time before Dec. 14th, when the electors meet

I agree that whoever is the VP will be POTUS in the first term. Warren scares me because she can consolidate the Bernie vote. Joe will already have all the black vote he’s going to get without a black VP. Warren will get more women than any of the black women with her feisty image and energy.
She’s the most dangerous as she knows where the power is and how to use it. The others will do the social things and play the race card at every opportunity, but won’t do as much damge as Warren can and will.
