I don’t think they deserve to be dignified with Marines. I think they need round the clock detailed and unsparing descriptions of the problems faced by ordinary people whether it is someone discussing their hysterectomy, erectile dysfunction, bunions, hemorrhoids, or just the woes of the many, many #MeToo stories on the West Coast that has a disproportionate representation here.
Think of it as catharsis for residents who have actual problems.

Shut off power, water, sewer, cell and internet services, medical services, fire and police of course - after all, they are not theirs.
Blockade the area, no one in or out. Since they are autonomous, they have no right to enter or exit.
No negotiations of any kind.
Each person who gives up and wants out, one way ticket to the African country of choice with 2 suitcases and they must revoke US citizenship. Immediate transport to the airport, no stops for anything.
That is the deal I would give them.
