Adobe makes the Photoshop software product. Artists and other creatives use Photoshop to edit photos.

I’m not buying that. The lawsuit would be hellacious expensive and would take years. Fitton is really smart, but I don’t think he’d do this just to set up a lawsuit.
I’m sure he does have a motive, I’m not sure what it is. Maybe as simple as just to point out how ridiculous this is. I doubt that too.
Now it might be he’s expecting a resounding “NO” then he can say OK, YOU can cease and desist. You have to remove yours if it doesn’t work both ways. Fitton is far from dumb...he has a reason, but I doubt it is to set up that type lawsuit that would drag on for years and barely pay its own legal costs.

It wouldn’t actually be that expensive and in the meantime he can get related restraining orders preventing further street art of any kind, force the city to remove the street art pending the outcome of the case. Which would bar them from doing anything for years.
