I find the School of Business considering the Professor’s remarks disturbing to be itself disturbing.
There has to be more to this story then meets the eye. UCLA is a state university and requiring a professor to grade students on the basis of their color is a no brainer violation of the equal protection clause. There is no way his suspension would stand if that was the reason for the suspension.

I think the original name was Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. More commonly, it is Florida A&M University. It was a historically black college. It is now, very uncomfortably, I understand, associated with Florida State University. The classes are in the same rooms at the same time, but some students are from FSU and are held to one standard, and the others are from FAMU and held to a different standard.

Next. For fairness sake:
Require medical schools to officially name willing blacks a Medical Doctor. Next, after there is a large enough group of black “Medical Doctors”, use government money and build a large hospital. Assign the new generation of black “Medical Doctors” to that hospital. Then, bully and call white Democrats and MSN reporters “racists” if they don’t start scheduling all their surgeries at that hospital.
What could possibly go wrong with this scenario??
How about using a mellow colored pencil to mark wrong answers instead of that harsh racist red one?
If an electrical engineering candidate doesn't know that, what did she know? Can it be more basic? Did she know that 2 + 2 = 4? By the way, I've created a 'skills test' for every single person I've hired for years and insist on seeing the results before the 'interview'.... if there is one. A few years ago, I was looking for a new office admin person and at a first pass through resumes, I had 120 applicants and so decided to discard all those resumes that had poor wording, poor grammar, spelling etc. By the time I was done, there were 5 left and as it turned out after the 'test', none of them were any good either. It's gotten ridiculously hard to find good people.
This nonsense all began in Oakland, CA back in the late 80’s.
